BARVY
The BARVY restaurant serves modern Ukrainian cuisine. Recipes from different parts of Ukraine have been reinterpreted and presented in a new way. Here you can taste dishes traditional for Transcarpathia, Halychyna (Galicia) and Bukovyna, specialties of Odesa, and Crimean Tatar cuisine, as well as the author’s game dishes. A unique concept in Kyiv combines a modern Ukrainian restaurant, a bar, and an art space.
