This is a cozy restaurant with a Georgian soul, founded by Kinto, a Georgian from Tbilisi. Kinto moved to Europe in his youth but never forgot the taste of khachapuri or the aroma of Saperavi wine. Guests can enjoy famous Caucasian dishes such as shashlik and khachapuri, khinkali and satsivi, kharcho soup and lobio. The menu also features lamb shurpa, kverebi (bull testicles and broccoli in a cream sauce), alaverdi (lamb shoulder baked with spices), and even dishes for four-legged friends, like canine Katseuli (beef liver, zucchini, carrots, olive oil, herbs).
