Kyiv Academic Workshop of Theater Arts "Suzirya"

The Kyiv Academic Workshop of Theater Arts "Suzirya" is the first engagement theater in Ukraine, established in 1988. It is situated in a historically significant building from 1908, designed in the Art Nouveau style, which has been closely connected to Kyiv's cultural life. The theater features performances by both leading actors and theater youth, with productions directed by well-known and young directors. Its repertoire includes both classical and contemporary works. "Suzirya" offers two performance spaces: the main one with 80 seats and a micro-stage with 21 seats. The "Suzirya" team has represented Ukraine at international festivals in various countries, winning numerous awards.
