Kyivska perepichka

Kyivska Perepichka is a fast food restaurant in Kyiv, where for more than 40 years, only one dish has been served – sausages wrapped in fried dough. This dish is considered one of the culinary hallmarks of Kyiv and is mentioned in some modern guidebooks and online tourist resources. This legendary spot is the oldest street food vendor in Kyiv, operating since February 1981. It is a hot sausage wrapped in a deep-fried yeast dough. Hot and cold drinks are also available to go with the perepichka.
