The highest cable-stayed bridge in Ukraine has a height of 166 meters for its pylons and a length of 660 meters. The bridge consists of six transport interchanges, including 27 artificial structures, including two extra-class bridges with separate structures for each direction of traffic.
On January 22, 2022, on the Day of Unity of Ukraine, the first part of the bridge was opened, connecting the two banks of the Dnieper River. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was present at the event.
