The Zolotovoritskyi Public Garden is a small, cosy park located near the famous Golden Gate historical and architectural monument. The square is a monument of landscape architecture. Golden Gate Square was created in the 19th century, with a fountain and numerous sculptures that attract tourists. In 1982, a pavilion-museum was opened above the ruins of the gate. Later, in 1997, a monument honouring Yaroslav the Wise was erected. The square is a natural monument of local importance, with original cat sculptures created by Kostiantyn Skretutskyi.
