Holosiivskyi Park Named After Maksym Rylskyi

0 13 0

Holosiivskyi park named after Maksym Rylskyi is one of the largest parks in Kyiv, with a total area of 140.9 hectares. It was established in 1957 on the basis of a forest massif in Holosiievo. It holds the status of a national landscape art monument. Here, visitors can see juniper, thuja, hornbeam, spruce, willow, poplar, oak, birch, maple, beech, and acacia trees. A true gem of the park is a picturesque cascade of four ponds. Active recreation and entertainment await adults and children: bike rides, children's and sports playgrounds, boat and paddleboat rides, a rope town with trails of varying difficulty, as well as cozy cafes.
