The National Museum of Folk Architecture and Lifestyle of Ukraine (better known as Pyrohiv (from the name of the village of the same name) or Pyrohiv Open Air Museum) is an open-air museum, architectural and landscape complex of all historical and ethnographic regions of Ukraine. It is located on the southern outskirts of Kyiv, in the Holosiyivskyi district, near the area of Pyrohiv. The total area is 133.5 hectares. The museum displays 275 architectural monuments from the 16th to 20th centuries, including traditional rural houses, farm buildings, and religious structures. The exhibits are organized geographically, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the authentic past. The museum's collection includes over 70,000 household items, folk art pieces, and tools.
