National Art Museum of Ukraine

The National Art Museum is one of Ukraine's largest and oldest fine art museums. Established in 1899, it is housed in a historic building designed by architect Vladislav Gorodetsky. The museum's collection includes approximately 40,000 pieces, featuring unique works of Ukrainian painting, sculpture, and iconography. Particularly notable are works from the Kyivan Rus period, alongside classical art from the 19th century, avant-garde, socialist realism, and contemporary art.
