The Church of St. Nicholas is an active Roman Catholic church in Kyiv, one of two Roman Catholic churches in the city, built before 1917. It is located in the very center of the city on Velyka Vasylkivska Street. The temple was built in 1899-1909 in the Neo-Gothic style by the Kyiv architect Wladyslaw Horodecki. Built at the request of Kyiv's Catholic community. Its pointed spires, stained-glass windows, arched structures, and detailed facades exemplify the Gothic Revival style. Since 1980, it has served as a venue for organ music. Today, it functions as both a religious and cultural space.
